Both volumes of “Cartoons That Time Forgot: Ub Iwerks” are on Netflix streaming. I borrowed these from a friend in my schoolboy days, and they changed me. “Essential viewing,” as the internet boys say. Also a Van Beuren collection.

Hint/tip: I recommend turning off the internet and playing PSP and reading William Faulkner at the same time, which is a journey I am about to embark on. I think this tumblr is quickly turning into the Livejournal of a teenage girl and I am sort of okay about that. It’s fun to string together words that are not necessarily you. Today a man in a Sonic the Hedgehog T-shirt yelled at me because I thought a package of bristol was $3, but it was $10. I am formulating ideas for a grand project that may or may not ever be. I am finding comfort in being eleven years old.
